    Description

    We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for football.

    Responsibilities

    • Conducting research and analyzing previous games to develop game plans, tactics, techniques, formations, and strategies.
    • Working with Coaching Apprentice Head to ensure that training sessions are fun and successful
    • Maintaining records of players in training and submitting them to the slack channel created for it after each training
    • Maintaining an attendance record for coaches which includes the time of arrival and departure
    • Inspiring confidence and self-belief
    • Coaching three sessions per week with the Coaching Apprentice Head
    • Assist with organizing and scheduling test trials to identify new talents.
    • Assist in determining individual player abilities, strengths, and weaknesses, and factoring these into the gameplay and strategy sessions
    • Ensuring the football field is available for practice sessions and that players show up on time
    • Planning your work schedule to ensure effectiveness
    • Assist in establishing rules and regulations and ensuring players are familiar with them
    • Assist in organizing team building sessions and field activities
    • Fostering good sportsmanship in all team players, resolving disputes, and addressing bad behavior promptly
    • Assist in identifying exceptional players who might be scouted for scholarships and to play in professional leagues
    • Preparing extra time to ensure for successful setup and pack down of sessions
    • Assist in encouraging players to engage in other recreational sports and to live a healthy life with a balanced diet - Marketing and promoting HTT Academy
    • Assist in collaborating with the scouting team to bring in talents for HTT Academy
    • Signing in and out at the beginning and end of each training session
