    Description

    Job Title: Sales & Customer Service Officer

    The Sales & Customer Service Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within assigned accounts or business units.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver excellent customer service.
    • Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and drive business growth.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to queries and providing advice.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Resolve customer complaints through collaboration with relevant departments.

    Sales and Reporting:

    • Source new clients and promote the organization's products and services.
    • Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives while maintaining accurate sales records.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and itineraries.

    Operational and Administrative Support:

    • Collaborate with the Operations department to ensure high service delivery levels.
    • Assist the Finance department in debt collections and account maintenance.
    • Prepare customer proposals, quotations, and handle correspondences.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (2-4 years) in account management, sales, or a related customer-focused role.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • A customer-first attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
