    Job Summary
    As a Tricycle Technician at our assembling plant, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that our tricycles are assembled with precision and attention to detail. You will work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the production of high-quality vehicles that meet our customers' expectations.

    Responsibilities

    • Assembling Tricycles: Utilize technical drawings, manuals, and tools to assemble tricycle components accurately according to specifications.
    • Inspecting Parts: Conduct thorough inspections of tricycle parts to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects or damages.
    • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies during the assembly process, and implement appropriate solutions to resolve them promptly.
    • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct functional tests and quality checks on assembled tricycles to verify their performance, safety, and adherence to company standards.
    • Maintaining Equipment: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of assembly tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, inspections, and test results for traceability and quality control purposes.
    • Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate with other team members, including engineers, supervisors, and quality control personnel, to optimize production efficiency and resolve any production-related issues.
    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
    • Proven experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing setting.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
    • Familiarity with reading technical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
    • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.
