We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join Dignity Exodus Nig Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for sales, with the ability to create positive shopping experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and acknowledge their presence in the store.
• Assist customers in product selection and provide information about features and benefits.
• Demonstrate products and provide accurate information regarding pricing, promotions, and store policies.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving and checking merchandise deliveries.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• OND or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail preferred.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
