Job summary
Lead the retail operations of Nigeria's most iconic children's fashion brand, blending strategic expansion planning with hands-on operational management to optimize store profitability and redefine the modern shopper's journey.
- You will provide overarching leadership for retail and sales operations, ensuring every initiative aligns with the company's long-term strategic goals.
- You will design and drive revenue growth strategies across physical stores and emerging channels, including pop-ups, partnerships, and experiential formats.
- You will evaluate the commercial viability of the store footprint, leading project management for launching, relocating or winding down retail locations. You will monitor global and local retail trends
