Salary
: ₦200,000/month (excluding commissions and bonuses)

The Foodstreet is a fast-growing foodstuff trading company (oloyin beans, palm oil, maize, rice, and more) committed to quality and availability across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team; run weekly coaching, 1:1s, and pipeline reviews.
Targets & Execution
: Achieve monthly quotas including 200 bags of oloyin beans and 500 kegs of palm oil, plus other product targets.
Process & Discipline
: Enforce pipeline hygiene, follow-up SLAs, and accurate forecasting; improve conversion rates across the funnel.
Marketing Alignment
(no lead volume ownership):
Operations Liaison
: Receive inventory updates from the Operations Manager and adjust sales priorities based on stock and seasonality.
Reporting
: Weekly pipeline and forecast, monthly performance vs. target, and actionable insights.
Qualifications
Proven success as Sales Manager/Senior Sales Executive
(FMCG/foodstuff/agro-commodities preferred).
Strong coaching
, deal inspection, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with Nigerian wholesale/retail channels.
CRM proficiency and data-driven decision making.
