- Assist in providing assurance to the Management of Uraga real estate Limited on the effectiveness and efficiency of Risk Management and Internal Control process over operations,
- Report Audit findings to the Audit lead and follow up on Audit Recommendation.
- Perform assigned Operational Audit and Compliance using Audit program.
- Draft Audit report and send to the Team lead for review.
- Assist the Team Lead to facilitate the development and implementation of suitable company's standard operating policies and procedures.
- Assist in ensuring that all proceeds are properly accounted for, correctly posted and adequate records maintained across UREL operating companies.
- Liaise with co-workers to ensure their understanding of the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Participate in the inventory count exercise and ensure that the rules guiding the inventory count are complied with.
- Assist in fixed assets verification of both Uraga and Upbeat Centre.
- HND / B.Sc. Degree in Economic, Accounting, Business Administration, and any other related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Internal Audit/Audit firm.
- A strong willingness to learn and pay attention to details.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, proficient in Word and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Good attention to details, planning skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
