    Job Description

    • Develop business development strategies, including targeting, prospecting, and presenting compelling business propositions.
    • Support all business development initiatives, activities, and meetings.
    • Gather essential information about potential clients, including company history, market analysis, competitors, key decision-makers, and other crucial data.
    • Support market research, competitive analysis, and market positioning of the company.
    • Originate new clients for the company and generate new work from existing clients.
    • Built profitable and successful relationships with clients by marketing and cross-selling our products.
    • Maintain regular communication with prospective clients through cold calls, networking events, and social media to generate business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal team members to leverage their strengths and knowledge to service accounts effectively.
    • Provide regular real-time updates and reports to the team lead.
    • Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to win new quality business for the company.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or related roles, preferably with exposure to multiple industries or business sectors.
    • Good understanding of diverse industries, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, with the ability to adapt strategies to each business sector.
