- Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on the status of their visa applications, addressing any concerns or additional requirements.
- Research and Compliance: Stay informed about changes in visa regulations and immigration policies for various countries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date advice is provided to clients.
- Problem Resolution: Handle issues or challenges that may arise during the visa application process, working closely with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities to resolve any issues promptly.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, offering guidance, and managing expectations throughout the visa application process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of client information, visa applications, and communication for future reference.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, travel agencies, and other stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the visa application service.Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of an HND in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 years of working experience as a customer service personnel
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
