Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to finish within scope, time, and budget.
  • Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations to management.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Lead project team meetings and foster collaboration to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–5years of proven experience in project management or a related role.

Required Skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or technology-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
