- Develop and implement social media
strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. - Manage and maintain social media channels,
including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. - Create and curate engaging content,
including posts, images, videos, and stories, aligned with brand voice and
messaging. - Monitor and respond to comments, messages,
and mentions across social media platforms, fostering positive interactions and
customer relationships. - Analyze social media performance metrics,
such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and adjust strategies
accordingly to optimize results.
Graphic Design: - Design visually appealing and on-brand
graphics for various digital platforms, including social media posts, ads,
banners, infographics, email campaigns, and for other team members. - Develop creative concepts and visual assets
to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. - Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe
Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canvas, and design tools to
create high-quality designs that resonate with target audiences. - Collaborate with internal teams to
translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content that drives
engagement and conversion.
PPC Advertising: - Plan, execute, and optimize PPC advertising
campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. - Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting,
and ad targeting to maximize campaign performance and ROI. - Monitor ad performance metrics, including
click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, and adjust
campaign settings as needed to achieve KPIs. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and
best practices in PPC advertising, and recommend strategies for improving
campaign effectiveness and efficiency. - Blog and content write-ups with creative
online marketing management strategy in alignment with the company's overall
marketing plans.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing,
communications, graphic design, or related field. - Proven experience in digital
marketing, with a focus on social media management, graphic design, and PPC
advertising. - Proficiency in graphic design
software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong understanding of social
media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for content creation and
engagement. - Experience managing PPC
advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. - Analytical mindset with the
ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing
strategies and campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and concepts
effectively. - Creative thinker with a passion
for innovation and problem-solving. - Strong organizational and time
management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
