Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Business Unit Head to work closely with the Director in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a diverse sales team managing both OTC and pharmaceutical drug portfolios.
  • Developing and implementing marketing and business strategies to drive SBUs growth and diversification in line with organizational goals.
  • Leading and guiding product teams, regional sales managers, and key customer accounts — including medical representatives and healthcare professionals — to achieve sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance ROI and drive sustainable business growth
  • Creating a strategic roadmap for the SBU by identifying current and future business opportunities based on market insights and customer needs
