Job Vacancy: Front-End Developer
Location: On-site (Lagos Island)

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. If you are passionate about creating seamless user experiences, writing clean code, and turning beautiful designs into functional web applications, we'd love to meet you
Key Responsibilities
- Build responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
- Convert design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) into pixel-perfect, high-quality web pages.
- Optimize applications for different browsers, screen sizes, and devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
- Handle client-side interactions, form validations, animations, and workflow logic.
- Improve page loading speed, responsiveness, and overall front-end performance.
- Integrate and manage data from RESTful or GraphQL APIs securely and efficiently.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following modern JavaScript standards and best practices.
- Identify and fix layout issues, browser bugs, and front-end errors.
- Collaborate using Git (GitHub/GitLab) for version control and team workflows.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA testers, and product managers.
- Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards for all users.
- Stay updated with evolving JavaScript frameworks, CSS methodologies, build tools, and industry trends.
- Use tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines to prepare assets for production deployment.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React).
- Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Familiarity with React Tanstack Query.
- Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) principles is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript, Vue, or Angular.
- Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
