- We are seeking vibrant and outgoing individuals to join our team as hostesses. As a hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your primary role will be to greet and seat guests, assist with reservations, and ensure their needs are met throughout their dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
- Assist guests with reservations and manage the seating process efficiently.
- Provide menus and inform guests of daily specials or promotions.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations over the phone.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the hostess station and waiting area.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Monitor the flow of guests and anticipate their needs to provide exceptional service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding dress code, attendance, and conduct.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events is a plus.
