- Receive delivery orders from the dispatch coordinator and ensure accurate documentation.
- Safely and promptly deliver packages and documents to assigned destinations.
- Navigate through city traffic using GPS and knowledge of local roads to optimize delivery routes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the bike.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the bike.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch coordinators and customers regarding delivery status and any delays.
- Collect and confirm payments for cash-on-delivery orders, where applicable.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or mechanical issues with the bike to the supervisor or team lead immediately.
- Absolute compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and professionally represent the company.
