    Description

    We are seeking a talented Motion Designer & Video Editor to drive the creative vision behind our video content.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create engaging animated content for various marketing platforms, including social media, blogs, paid ads, and campaigns, ensuring polished and brand-enhancing assets that captivate audiences.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, design, development, and business) to ensure design coherence and alignment with brand goals.

    • Iterate on designs based on feedback and data, proactively shaping creative strategy and contributing to brainstorming sessions focused on refining and elevating brand guidelines.

    • Maintain and update the company's content library.

    • Produce high-quality video presentations that effectively communicate the company's vision and mission for conferences and internal use.

    Requirements:

    • At least 6 years of experience in video production, editing, and motion design, including workflow management and adherence to brand visual guidelines.

    • A strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of aesthetics and design principles, effectively communicating intended messages.

    • Expertise in fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, composition, and branding), with the ability to clearly articulate design thinking and rationale.

    • Proven ability to convey brand messaging through short, impactful videos optimized for social media engagement.

    • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating and defending design choices in complex situations.

    • Knowledge of AI and editing tools for video and animation production.

    • Proficiency in design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and Google Workspace.

    • Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills to brainstorm and iterate with stakeholders and fellow designers and developers, enhancing the overall brand identity and guidelines.

    The ideal candidate will have expertise in key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X), with a solid understanding of evolving formats, trends, and best practices for each.
