- Communicating with leads, promoting our product and or services, and closing sales.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Welcome customers to the office and answer their queries.
- Follow and achieve the department's sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the office design).
- Day-to-day tasks include researching and identifying potential clients, creating and delivering client presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining accurate client records.
Requirements: - Minimum OND certificate holder (marketing or Business administration is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sales Professional in any industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active Listening Skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent in Persuasive ability
- Experience with CRM software
- Must be a Self-Motivator

- Ability to use Excel or Google spreadsheet
