    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team at Consulting Biz Solutions Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Transactions: Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are accurately recorded.
    • Accounts Management: Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices to clients, as well as updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
    • Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company accounting guidelines.
    • Expense Review: Reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other assigned tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Financial Data Management: Updating financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and timely availability of information.
    • Reporting: Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports to management.
    • Closing Procedures: Assisting senior accountants in the preparation of monthly and yearly closings.
    • Special Projects: Assisting with other accounting projects as assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    • Professional Certification: Possession of a professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
    • Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry or role.

    Technical Skills:

    • Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
    • Financial Regulations: Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.
    • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

    Key Skills:

    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Financial Planning: Strong knowledge of financial planning and budgeting.
    • Analysis: Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
    • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree: A Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
    • Specialized Certifications: Possession of specialized certifications such as CFA or CPA.
    • Industry Experience: Experience working in a similar industry or role.
    • Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team or supervising staff.
