    Description
    Responsibilities:

  • Managing all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
  • The Hotel Manager will develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, optimize occupancy rates, and enhance profitability.
  • Recruiting, training, supervising, and motivating hotel staff to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction is paramount.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) will be essential, with adjustments made to address performance issues accordingly. Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards, is imperative.
  • The Hotel Manager will oversee the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing customers.
  • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of guests, will be a daily occurrence.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with guests, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and drive repeat business is key.
  • Preparing and managing the hotel budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency is also part of the role.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), along with proven experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, is also necessary.
