    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Travel Agent to join our team. As a key member of our travel services department, you will be responsible for planning and selling airline tickets, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and provide personalized recommendations for destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
    • Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications to travelers, including guides, local customs, maps, regulations, and events.
    • Book airline tickets, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees from clients.
    • Develop and implement promotional techniques to sell itinerary tour packages, utilizing your commercial awareness and sales skills to meet profit and sales targets.
    • Resolve any occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds in a professional and timely manner.
    • Stay updated with tourism trends by attending travel seminars and workshops.
    • Maintain accurate statistical and financial records, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of client data.
    • Negotiate effectively with tour operators to secure competitive rates and services for our clients.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Proven work experience as a Travel Agent, preferably in a similar role.
    • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems and e-traveling platforms.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory; multilingualism is a valuable asset.
    • Strong sales skills and commercial awareness, enabling you to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
    • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively with clients, colleagues, and tour operators.
    • Solid understanding of domestic and international travel trends, allowing you to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
    • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a relevant field is required.
    • Personal travel experience is considered an advantage, demonstrating your expertise and passion for the travel industry.
