With a growing presence across Nigeria, we are looking for a Senior Client Account Officer to join our Abuja branch and help strengthen our client relationships and revenue growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Client Account Officer to join our Abuja team and lead client engagement across the Northern Region.

This strategic role combines account management, client relationship leadership, and revenue growth.

You will serve as the key liaison between the company and our legal and corporate clients, oversee key accounts, mentor junior team members, and ensure the region meets its revenue targets.

The ideal candidate is client-focused, results-driven, and skilled at balancing relationship management with revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
Follow up on client renewals, payments, and subscription cycles to drive revenue growth.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues.
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Account Managers across the Northern Region.
Track account activities, prepare client reports, and maintain CRM data accuracy.
Provide insight into client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements & Qualifications
B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years' experience in client account management, customer success, or business development (preferably in a tech, legal, or service-based company) with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet monthly revenue targets.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the legal or technology industry is a strong advantage.
