    Description

    SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's Degree in any Business related field or Marketing, or similar.
    • Must reside in Abuja
    • Knowledge in Tech sales is a plus
    • Must have nothing less that 5 years of proven experience in this role
    • Advanced knowledge of B2C and B2B sales and growth strategy.
    • Experience in identifying profitable B2C and B2B sales opportunities and potential customers.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strategic thinker with the capacity to identify opportunities, analyze challenges and propose innovative solutions.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software or sales analytics tools.
    • Ability to maintain strong customer relationships and establish industry partnerships.
    • Self motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment.
    • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Guide prospects through the sales funnel by providing relevant information, addressing objections, and nurturing relationships.
    • Analyze sales funnel metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the conversion process.
    • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
    • Evaluating and improving B2C and B2B sales and growth strategies.
    • Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
    • Analyze D2B Solutions processes for efficiency and effectiveness
    • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in companies and develop a long-lasting relationship with them.
    • Develop a database of current and prospective clients
    • Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
    • Identifying new B2C and B2B clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
    • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
    • Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
    • Analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports and provide regular updates to the management.
    • Build and maintain a comprehensive and organized client database using Customer Relationship Management CRM software.
    • Regularly review and analyze key performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales and growth initiatives.
