Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Associate located in Benin City.
The Growth Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, managing projects, supporting marketing initiatives, driving sales efforts, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
The role requires collaboration with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies that align with organizational objectives.Qualifications
Strong skills in Communication to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Proficiency in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Experience in Sales and Marketing to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement
Project Management skills to plan, organize, and execute initiatives effectively
Ability to think strategically and analyze data to guide decision-making
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in growth or business development roles is a plus
Proficiency in relevant software tools and a proactive problem-solving approach
