    Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
  • Develop project plans, including defining scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to execute project deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and budget, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Facilitate team meetings, reviews, and presentations to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, proposals, change orders, and invoices.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.


    Requirements:

  • OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in project management, interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
  • A calm & professional demeanor
  • Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project) and collaboration tools)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and information.
  • Knowledge of interior design principles, construction methods, and materials is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure.
