Preparation of Comprehensive Financial income Statement   
Monitoring of hotel’s overall service and team work daily, and makes recommendations for improvement to Department Heads;
Maximizes cash flow performance of the hotel through controls on inventory, credit and collection, disbursements, deposits and remittances
obtaining, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
Preparation of  Staff Payroll, Deduction, Pension, Tax and Payee
Provides safekeeping, including proper storage and access for all contracts, leases and other financial records
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
Directs and manages the purchasing and storeroom functions with its employees
Reviews prices and recommends changes to the General Manager;
Annual Budget Preparation
Supervise accounts receivable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process.
Maintaining of accurate and timely financial and operating information and provides analysis, interpretations and projections to management as required;
identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost saving 
.
