As Principal Project Manager, I played a critical role in overseeing the construction of the ₦130 Million Naira Central Stores and Procurement Units at the National Mathematical Centre (NMC), Kwali, FCT - Abuja, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high-quality standards.

• Played a pivotal role in the successful execution of Real Estate Development projects by skillfully coordinating activities among stakeholders, including designers, developers, financiers, and consortium members, resulting in effective stakeholder engagement throughout the projects’ lifecycle. 

• Skillfully led a culturally diverse team comprising over 1,500 unskilled workers, 500 gang leaders, and 36 state coordinators on the ₦700 Million FERMA-SHAROW Right of Way Projects across Nigeria, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project timelines. 

• Efficiently managed stakeholder engagements with Sterling Bank and the Rural Electrification Agency for the NGPIC/REA ₦2.25 Billion Solar Power Naija Project in North Eastern Nigeria, contributing significantly to its successful implementation.

• By implementing tailored processes and innovative solutions, I successfully reduced Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) on the World Bank sponsored ₦120 Million Solar Mini-grid project in Nasarawa, Nigeria, resulting in cost savings without compromising on quality
