 Being a co-founder and chief investment officer of  Quantlio investment Ltd placed me at position where I multi tasked in different Départements. Starting from the trading department where I developed trading strategies, designed investment packages and referers reward plans, supervised the design and implementation of marketing materials, I equally I did sales just get client to register and invest, I did compliance ( verification of clients identification documents), I did account management ( making sure the clients choose the appropriate investment packages and I followed them up through the process from signups to investing and withdrawing to make sure they have no issues. I also did customer service since from time to time I get in touch with my clients to be sure they are doing ok. When the company began hiring I was the lead trainer training the newly recruited staff.
