I am a proactive and dedicated individual with a passion for social justice and community development. With a degree in Political Science and over seven years of volunteering experience and working with NGOs, I have honed my advocacy skills and developed a deep understanding of the social and economic challenges faced by underserved communities. My work has given her the opportunity to create sustainable solutions and make a difference in the lives of vulnerable people. 
Recently, I expanded my skill set by learning data analysis and using this invaluable skill for an NGO that advocates for quality education for out-of-school children in Nigeria. My experience in data analysis has allowed me to use analytical skills to provide insights and make informed decisions that have improved educational outcomes for marginalized children. I recently completed the virtual experience internship on data analysis with KPMG Australia. 
As a data analyst proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SQL, I am highly motivated to work with great minds and contribute to the value of my employer. With a strong foundation in data analysis and visualization techniques, I bring a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving to every project I undertake. I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in the field and using them to deliver actionable insights and drive business success. In my pursuit of expanding my skill set, I recently ventured into the field of data analysis. I acquired proficiency in data analysis through completing the "SQL for Data Analysis" course on Udacity and participating in the KPMG Data Analytics Consulting Virtual Internship. Armed with expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL, I am highly motivated to work with exceptional individuals and contribute value to my employer.

My foundation in data analysis and visualization techniques, coupled with my keen eye for detail and passion for problem-solving, empowers me to deliver actionable insights and drive business success. I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies in the field to continuously enhance my analytical capabilities. As a team player and effective communicator, I thrive in collaborative environments and eagerly learn from my peers.

Through my completed Udacity course, I have demonstrated proficiency in various SQL concepts and techniques. I can effectively extract and manipulate data using basic SQL queries and integrate data from multiple tables and databases through SQL joins. Moreover, I have developed expertise in SQL aggregations, subqueries, temporary tables, data cleaning, window functions, joins, and performance tuning, enabling advanced data analysis and optimizing query efficiency.

During my KPMG virtual internship, I showcased my proficiency in data analysis and management. I assessed data quality issues, provided recommendations for data cleaning, and communicated potential impacts through written communication skills. Utilizing data analysis and modeling skills, I developed data-driven insights to recommend target customers for maximum organizational value. I also demonstrated project management abilities by creating a detailed analysis approach and presenting data summaries through creatively designed dashboards.

In addition to these experiences, I have worked as a Data Analyst with Street to School Initiative, where I managed databases, analyzed data sets, and presented actionable insights to stakeholders. This role further solidified my expertise and confidence in excelling in any data analysis position.

To complement my technical skills, I have actively pursued professional development opportunities. I completed the Employability Skills Training by Alliance for Youth Nigeria, where I gained proficiency in resume building, career positioning, personal brand marketing, personal effectiveness, and time management. Additionally, the Jobberman Soft Skills Training enhanced my personal effectiveness, time management, communication, negotiation, workplace etiquette, business ethics, emotional intelligence, creativity, idea generation, and teamwork skills, ultimately enhancing my overall employability.

With a strong background in political science, extensive experience in social justice advocacy and community development, and expertise in data analysis, I am equipped to make a significant impact in any data-driven role. I am enthusiastic about embracing new challenges and seizing opportunities to leverage my skills and knowledge for the betterment of organizations and communities.

I completed my Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Political Science with a Second Class Upper division at Niger Delta University in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. I pursued this degree from 2016 to 2020.
