About Utemeh Victory:

             I have a solid background in administrative work since 3 years now and have successfully managed various responsibilities, including handling phone calls, organizing calendars, managing databases, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. I am well-versed in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other administrative software systems. Additionally, I have developed excellent multitasking and time management skills, enabling me to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

In my previous role as an administrative assistant , I was responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of executives. This included preparing reports and presentations, maintaining confidential documents, and managing correspondence. In addition, I often took the initiative to streamline processes and improve efficiency, resulting in time and cost savings for the department.
 

I am known for my exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members. I have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering accurate and high-quality work. Moreover, my strong interpersonal skills have allowed me to effectively communicate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

I am a graduate of Mass communication from [ISFOP BENIN UNIVERSITY COTONOU] and a Chartered HUMAN RESOURCE PERSONNEL from [CHIRM].

 

I have worked with (ASCON) ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF COLLEGE OF NIGERIA as a legislative assistant (2019-2021)

I also worked with Mimi wigs and Enterprise as the PERSONAL ASSISTANT  to the C.E.O since (2021-2023)
