Seasoned IT professional with about two decades experience, that includes working in IT training, IT support, IT consulting, and cybersecurity; with a proven ability to successfully impact knowledge and communicate efficiently. Also, proficient in threat detection, incident response, vulnerability assessment, endpoint detection & response, excellent communication, and collaboration skills, and a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.

I started my IT career as a IT trainer with NIIT, a well known multinational IT education company. My work experience with NIIT provided me the platform to developed and delivered comprehensive IT training for diverse audiences, ranging from people with non technical background transitioning into IT, to those deepening their IT skills.

Throughout my career, I have been involved in the development and delivery of IT training programs to build the IT capacity of other colleagues. For instance, at Coca-Cola Hellenic, I led a series of workshops on incident response, and security awareness which resulted in a 30% reduction in security incidents attributed to user error, and about 95 % in annual IT customer satisfaction survey. My approach to training is interactive and practical, utilizing real-world scenarios and hands-on exercises to ensure participants not only understand theoretical concepts but also can apply them effectively in their roles. With my current role at Cyberadnation, I have the experience to deliver cybersecurity training remotely
