Roles and Responsibilities
Conducted nursing interventions using nursing process which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients’ care according to the hospital policies and professional guidelines.
Adequate collection of patients’ information and proper documentation maintaining confidentiality and detailed report writing electronically.
Utilized critical thinking to intervene effectively in providing emergency services such as oxygen therapy, suctioning, nebulization and life support care to relevant patients
Assessment of patients’ wound to prioritize and establish care using aseptic techniques
