About TOLULOPE OLAGUNJU:
I am a Hotel Manager and consultant. I have over eight years of experience in the hospitality and travel industry, working across hotels and travel agencies in roles that have strengthened my ability to deliver excellent guest experiences and manage hotel operations effectively.
I began my career in the travel sector as a Hotel Contractor and Business Development Partner, where I gained strong skills in hotel partnerships, negotiation, and understanding guest expectations. I later transitioned fully into hotel operations, serving as a Floor Manager, hotel Manager and subsequently as a Management Consultant with hands-on responsibility for daily operations, staff supervision, guest relations, and service quality control.
In addition, my experience as a Destination Management Consultant has given me a holistic view of the guest journey, allowing me to anticipate guest needs and ensure smooth, satisfying experiences from arrival to departure.
I am a hands-on, detail-oriented manager who believes in strong team leadership, excellent customer service, and efficient operations. I am confident in my ability to add value to your establishment and contribute positively to guest satisfaction and overall growth.
