Tarena David

My name is Tarena David, I'm a graduate of Geology from the Delta State University Abraka and I'm also a graduate of Petroleum Engineering (ND) from the Petroleum Training Institute Effurun Delta State Nigeria. I currently work in the oil and gas industry as Offshore Security Personnel (OSP) with ExxonMobil Nigeria in Akwa Ibom State.

Growing up, I was really fascinated about the process, products, physical nature and history of the earth and was interested in knowing how to design, create and develop strategies and machines with which oil and gas can be extracted from layers under the earth and that led me to study Petroleum Engineering.

I am industrious, hardworking and excellent team worker and can easily prioritize task to make sure my employers goals are always achieved.

Currently working as Offshore Security Personnel (OSP) with ExxonMobil where I oversea the overall security of the facility ( platform), ensuring the area remains safe and all barriers intact. Monitoring CCTV coverage, carryout search and give daily reports.

Worked as a Depot Representative at the warri refinery Detazania Nig Ltd from the year 2010 to 2015 where I coordinate the loading and receipt of products at the depot.

Recently graduated as a petroleum Engineer from the Petroleum Training Institute Effurun Delta State, Nigeria.
