• I have worked in PZ Cussons Ghana Ltd. a subsidiary of PZ Cussons UK since 2017 till today in diverse roles. In course of that period, I served as Supply Chain Analyst and currently as a Territory Sales Development Manager. 
• As a Supply Chain Analyst, I analyzed supply chain data, identified challenging risks, optimized the supply chain and reduced cost and ensured standards in inbound, outbound and warehousing operations. I managed third party logistics and costs, controlled fleet and undertook supplier audits. 
• As a Sales manager, I successfully transformed and grew a sales business area by achieving a minimum of 42% growth in 2021 and 75% in 2023 financial year end. I optimized the area and increased retail outlets coverage from 350 in 2020 to 2450 end of 2023 and also achieved sales KPIs and delivered accurate sales data.  I expanded channel to remote areas in the region thus increasing revenue by 15% and brand visibility by 10% and successfully recovered debt in the most challenging sales area. I received MDs special award in 2023 for effective revenue mobilization, accurate stocks management and sustainable change leadership in most challenging sales area.
