I adopt simplified solutions to complex problems. When confronted with challenges, I tend to think out of the box for a considerable wide range of alternatives, look for learning opportunities, and thrive in roles that offer a variety of novelties. On the flip side, I may get bored in routines and at times, maybe perceived as overly optimistic or having impractical ideas that are too tall to achieve, but I had always proved severally wrong!

As a collaborating team player, I display empathy toward colleagues and find it important to listen to their viewpoints. I had liked involving others in key decisions and planning to ensure synergy of purpose. I give credit where it is due and delegate easily when necessary.

I can take time to establish rapport with new people and maybe be reserved in group settings. I may prefer to work independently and can find it uncomfortable to be the center of attention.

In execution, I am a quality result-driven person, who pays attention to details and enjoys delivering works that are of a high standard.

I had my elementary school training in Lagos, Where I made the First school leaving certificate exam in Grade 2, and my WAEC in upper Credit from Oghareki Grammar School, Delta State.

My Tertiary education started at Auchi Polytechnic where I graduated with Distinction and also won the overall best prize award in 1990.

Thereafter I progressed to pursue a second degree in Theology because of an innate desire in me to know God more! This sense of belonging took me to LIFE Theological Seminary, Where I graduated with second class upper, Measuring in Leadership, Biblical Studies, and Pastoral training. I also won the Overall prize for the Best Leadership student in 2010. I was the student body president for that year 2010 as well.
