* Focus on the target market for business

*Managing and organizing events, group bookings, long stay, short stay, seminars, trainings and Retreats etc for over 200 organizations, this includes NGO’S, Embassies, government agencies , individuals, politicians , other organizations and making sure that all are successfully achieved.

*Making sure that all guest’s problems are sorted out within 24 hours.

* Creating a pro forma invoice for each business request and making sure that I use same to create a PO to track every payment.

* Production of monthly work for progress report.

*Reconciliation of payments.

* Ensure that the management expense, staff
