Solomon Mpakaboari

I am a pragmatic and result Oriented lawyer  with uparallel ability to apply skills, knowledge administrative prowess to given task with Ultimum productivity and minimum supervision. As well as having the ability to work in an existing multicultural environment and willingness to learn. 

I started my career by obtaining a Degree in Computer Proficiency and in 2009 I worked as the Operational Manager & Computer Instructor in Abie-Jee Global Computer Institute, situate in Bonny Island Rivers State. 

In 2017 as a Law School Intern at the office of Sylvester Adaka & Partners, where I was fully involved in drafting and Editing Legal processes, file same in court and conducted legal research and prepare legal advice. In 2018 as a Corp member legal practitioner, I served in the Department of Citizens Right in the Ministry of Justice, Awka, Anambra State, where I conducted mediation, represented clients in Arbitration panel, courts and tribunal, Drafted legal processes, conducted research. I also worked with Sir. C. L. Ndukaihie & Co. a litigation law firm situate in Awka, Anambra State as a Legal Practitioner. Between 2019 - 2021, I worked with Gresyndale Legal, a Corporate Law Firm situate in Lagos as a part time employee. I was responsible for Drafting, Reviewing of commercial Documents as well as represent clients in meetings with other companies, I conducted searches and due diligence at various Registries and Institutions, conducted trials in court among others. 

While I also worked with Doxa-Wils & Associates between 2019 till date as an Associate legal practitioner and the head of Litigation & Research Department. 

My 13years work experience has flourished my competence as a Lawyer and computer, Research, Managerial/Administrative Skill, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill with proven Leadership abilities, Drafting and Analytical Skill which has now made me to be a good team player that is result Oriented and self-driven. 

I obtained my First School Leaving Certificate in 2000 from State School 1, Bukuma, Rivers State and proceeded to Stella Maris College, where I obtained my Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination in 2006, I later proceeded to Niger Delta University, Bayelsa State where I studied Law and obtained a Bachelor of Lawd Degree with a Second Class Upper Division in 2016. There after proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus where I also graduated and obtained the Barrister at Law Degree (B.L) and was latter called to the Nigerian Bar in 2017 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. 

In 2022, I also obtained a Professional Diploma in Business and Corporate Law and  Human Resources Management from the Taraba Business School, Jaligo.
