• Drive maintenance efficiency improvements to deliver high levels of team productivity and ensures alignment of Civil activities with other maintenance units. 
• Ensure that contractors work orders and valuations are correct and prepared timely.

• Carried out inspection as defined in Civil preventive maintenance routine (PMR) register.
• Developed Civil asset inspection plan base on Reliability Center Maintenance (RCM) study.
• Assisted in reviewing/updating of Civil asset register (Civil assets completeness road map).
• Reviewed & initiated tagging of all NLNG Civil assets in Train 1 -6, Jetties, Power generation and Common facility.
• Provided advice on repairs (Choice of repair procedure) & verifies that remedial actions are properly executed.
• Developed execution plans and other relevant documents needed for work execution.
