I am a skilled, seasoned and passionate humanitarian aid worker dedicated to providing lifesaving support to vulnerable children, men and women affected by the conflict in Northeast Nigeria. Cognate Programme management skills such as child protection, Safeguarding, case management project implementation, GBV programming, CAFAAG programming, Provision of PSS support to distressed children. I wish to work for an organization that gives its staff the environment to be creative and innovative in delivering context, age and gender appropriate programmes. Possess a good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills in working in a humanitarian environment. 

• Ability to Identify, design and carry out training for  staff and stakeholders in humanitarian response in relation to keeping children safe and protecting adults at risk. Including CS risk mitigation plans. 
• Train and support the CS focal points, thematic leads and supporting functions in the fulfilment of their respective child safeguarding responsibilities.
• Organize learning forum on child safeguarding practices at different level – schools and CFS, TLS etc.
• Ability to use project management tools such as the DIPs, project phasing, procurement plans, communication plans, risk registers, project log frames etc. to track, monitor and evaluate Programme implementation to ensure projects are qualitative enough, implemented on budget and target with timeliness. 
• Skilled in report writing as per donor requirements (Monthly, Quarterly, Midterm, Mid-Year and End of project report) using donor templates as required
• Development and harmonization of project impact and success stories to highlight key project achievements that satisfies donor requirement. 
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office suite, MS Excel, MS Word
• Possess good communication skills both spoken and written in English, Higgi and Basic Hausa and Kanuri languages
• Practical experience in Sexual and Gender Bases Violence (SGBV) programming.
