     I am a compassionate, caring, motivated and enthusiastic registered nurse who always have interest of patients at heart . I am passionate about care given, kind hearted, goal driven and extremely keen about organizational values, vision and advancements. I possess efficient skills in patients care, blood glucose monitoring, nebulizing, suctioning, cannulation, drug calculation, administration of intravenous medications, catheterization, wound care, blood transfusion, monitoring of critically ill patient, ECG recording amongst others. I am effective at delivering high quality patient care with no supervision. I will work within the trust policy, procedures and guide lines to assist in achieving wards and directorate objectives. I participate fully as a team member, sharing knowledge, information and supporting colleagues to promote a cohesive team, work with other disciplines and professionals to ensure total management of patients. I have good delegating skills and ability to train and supervise junior staffs and students. I thrive well under pressure without compromising standard of care given to patient. I am resilient and able to work hours shift with the ability to withstand stress. I have knowledge on sorting (triage) of patients base on severity of their medical conditions. I am currently in the process of my registration with NMC UK having passed IELTS and CBT and have received authorization to undertake OSCE. I believe I can enrich your team with my acquired skills and knowledge.  I have ability to assess, plan, deliver, evaluate nursing care and assist in the management and provision of all aspects of patient care by acting in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct.
