Samuel Elemi

I am a youthful optimist, a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. I like to read, I like to write; I like to think, I like to dream; I like to talk, I like to listen and I love cooking.
I always wanted to be a great writer, like chinua Achebe who wrote things fall apart, I also wanted to be grate hotelier like Bill Marriott. Of course, I am nowhere close to these people, yet. I am just someone who manages hotels, some research, and some writing. But my dream is still alive.

This is a brief introduction of myself.

Operations Manager:

• Overseeing personnel, including receptionists, kitchen staff, and office employees.
• Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
• Collecting payments and maintaining records of budgets, funds, and expenses.
• Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive.
• Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
• Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.

Am a graduate of Lagos State polytechnic and I uphold Higher National Diploma in Hospitality management.
