• Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient movement of all materials and evaluate all materials sent to production department.       
• Prepare reports for all materials and manage transportation of materials from one department to another and prepare all production records on computerized system.   
• Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.   
• Handling inventory and monitoring cargo movement through the tracking system.    Issuing fuel cards to drivers, scheduling maintenance charts for all vehicles and developing new duty rosters for drivers.   
• Implementation of full preservation program for all stored or staged Agbami /Deep Water/ JV Materials and all Capital/DSE spares equipments for long term storage. At FOT ONNE.
• Monitor inflow and outflow on a daily basis and do stock reconciliation.
• Up-dating day to day inventory through the use of daily transaction reports.
• Tracking of materials through the use of JDE (ORACLE SOFTWARE) used by chevron to monitor and tracking of Materials.
• Investment Recovery/ Identify, utilize, and/or remove obsolete stock   
• Ensure linkage of Management of Change and Stock Authorization Procedures (Add, Change, Delete) (Chevron Inventory Management)  
• Interface with client to ensure materials are delivered on time for onward shipment to offshore.   
• Interface with End-user and handling of maintenance issues.   
• Participate on annual inventory cycle count audit.    
• Ensures chemicals and additives are stored and transported in proper conditions at all times 
• Analyzes client requests and propose appropriate solutions.
