Job Title: HR Generalist

Responsibilities: Develop strategies, action plans, policies, and procedures to guide the development of human resource management, risk management, occupational health and safety, organizational culture, and records management. Provide strategic advice to the Senior Management Team regarding organizational culture, values, and workforce planning. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and enterprise agreements and represent the company as required. Coordinate talent acquisition and recruitment processes, corporate training, and exit processes. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. Organize routine employee performance review processes. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Recommend solutions and provide advice to the Management team on HR policies, procedures, and tools.

Develop employee document management system. Draft and review Job Descriptions, Policies, Agreements, and MOUs to ensure that they are aligned with the Company’s Employee Manual/Strategy and governmental laws. Evaluate staff performance and identify developmental needs in terms of training and capacity building.

Responsibilities: Handle all employee welfare matters in the company. Helps employees with HMO registration, reimbursements and benefits administration. Manages payroll schedule,deductions of staff monthly loan repayment before sending to finance for disbursement. Computesstaff exit entitlements for final review by the HR manager.Completes, checks, and processes HR-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines so that HR-related matters are administered quickly and accurately. Forms may includeapplications for vacation or leave of absence, loan applications, and salary advance forms. Responds to enquiriesand assists employeesand managers to complete HR-relatedforms to ensure that the information providedis accurate and complete. Follow-upwith employees, managers,or external agencies (e.g., government departments, insurance providers) to verify that the information provided is accurate andcomplete. Maintains employeerecords manually or in a human resourcesinformation system (HRIS) so that information is accurate. Data managed may include personalinformation; job history; insurance documentation; leave accrual records; and details of illness,absences, transfers, and salary progression. Coordinates and guaranteethat processes as well as HR programmes are being correctlycarried out. Conductsthe payroll process based on the inputs from the using the payroll Information System: produce payroll documents, and ensures payments of all the componentsof salary. Manage the Casual workers employment and orientation. Process all payroll queries. Produce standard payroll reports. Ensures vacation and working time administration through the dedicated system. Answers directly payroll questions and requests from employees, Line Managers and HR. Assist in recruitment drive and documentation new staff credentials, documentations, and filing. Reviews and sends pension advises to the Pension Administrators upon receipt of payment advised from finance. Preparation of all staff employment, promotion, and redeployment letters. Managesall Internal Communications.
