I am working remotely as a Human Resource specialist and people Operation Intern at Culturelligence, an international company in charge of recruitment and training. 
My roles include, but not limited to the following:
Providing administrative support to the company.
Creating and posting new positions on job boards
Screening resumes
Pulling the most relevant resumes from the applicants’ database
Preparing a variety of HR and management reports using Trello, clickup, google sheets, etc. 
Maintaining files and electronic records confidentially
Assisting staff in the completion of the recruitment process
Maintaining calendars
Scheduling meetings   
Excellent knowledge in dealing with disciplinary procedures at any level
Coordinate with management to shortlist candidates, conduct interviews and draft contracts for employees
Train new staff on sequence of operation and monitor employee performance
Coordinate all human resource activities for the company
Participate in developing and analyzing organizational growth strategies
Carry any other administrative duties as requested by management

I am in charge of marketing the company's products and services to clients through phone calls. Booking and resolving any related issues.
