Precious Otusi

Am a hardworking and motivated individual with a passion for helping and caring for others and more than 3 years of care home experience as a result of taking care of my Dad diagnosed of Prostate Cancer and aided in providing him end of life care. Working in the hospital, I find it extremely rewarding to help people maintain their independence while assisting them with task that they are unable to complete alone. In the Laboratory as a microbiologist, Worked with other experienced team of scientist in different department of the laboratory (Biochemistry, Haematology and Microbiology), collected and Processed specimens for clinical analysis, interpreted research findings and summarised data into reports. I worked voluntarily as part of a team that provided care for elderly people living in the Ebonyi State, Eastern part of Nigeria. I also participated in massive cancer awareness programme with some group of medical team, helped maintain their independence by conducting daily visits to their homes and performing various tasks, depending on their individual needs.
