About Peters Omale:
My name is Reuben Omale and I am from Nigeria. I am a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Architecture, in the Federal University of Technology Akure in Nigeria. I am also a visual artist and a practicing professional architect.
Experience
After graduation from the architecture school with a master's degree in architecture in the year 2005, I went on the compulsory one-year National service scheme in Ondo state, Nigeria, where I practiced in a multidisciplinary firm in 2006. I worked with the Physical planning Unit for five years and designed/supervised over twenty buildings, before I started lecturing on a part-time basis in January 2010. I got professionally registered as a chartered architect in December 2013 and I have been practicing since then.
Education
I was awarded a Ph.D. degree in November 2017 after a four-year study at the Department of Architecture, where I work.
