Identify and address operational issues in real-time, working to troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems that may arise during the refining process.
Collaborate with production planning teams to develop and implement strategies for efficient production scheduling, considering factors such as product demand, equipment availability, and maintenance requirements.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that the refined products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor and analyze product quality data regularly.
Oversee the maintenance and reliability of production equipment, including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and distillation columns. Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Implement energy-efficient practices and technologies to optimize energy consumption within the refinery. Identify and implement initiatives to reduce energy costs and environmental impact.

Roles:
