My academic and professional knowledge in linguistic, customer service, administration, and marketing has allowed me to develop the skills needed to be successful in this role and I am certain these skills will be an asset to the organization. 
I have a Bachelor of Science in Linguistics and Communication from Abia State University, Uturu, Abia State.
It is widely believe that customer service is the bed rock of every organization. Without customer service, companies would find it difficult to succeed in a result-driven marketplace. In my previous role as a customer service representative over the years, I was committed in providing an excellent service to clients. I excelled in taking over 100 calls per day while adhering to schedule, maintaining superior customer satisfaction scores and resolving complaints.
My key strengths remain my ability to stay calm in pressure situations, provide satisfactory and timely solutions to customers in a professional manner. I have excellent organizational and coordinating skills, enjoy juggling all aspects of a given task from administrative service to conducting quality assurance and reports. My written and oral communication skills are effective and I can access a customer’s needs speedily, provide the reassurance in a polite and professional manner. I enjoy working as part of the team in an organization I find myself, as well as giving recommendations to team leader and organization stakeholders on how to improve our service. I organized the implantation of the designs and communicated with the rest of my team to ensure we always completed our task before the deadline day.
