About Paul Nvene:

Paul Nvene is a Nigerian, with vast experiences in financial management, sales and administrative works. Currently working with Sporty Internet Group as a Customer Service Agent, and have previously worked with Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, Head Office in Lagos State as an Investment Banker, I have previously worked with Ison Bpo International Limited as Customer Care Executive for Nigerian’s largest Telecommunications company (MTN Nigeria), where I ensured that customers of the network and business are indeed treated with the desired respect as kings;

I have an Excellent planning and prioritization skills; strong accounting expertise and familiarity with management and administrative best practices; good understanding of financial and administrative control systems; ability to train and develop finance and non-finance personnel; ability to think strategically, strong analytical/problem solving skills; multi-tasking skills and negotiation skills; an understanding of risk management and analysis framework;  a strong knowledge of Ms Excel, Ms Word, Power Point and Sage.

Experience

I have 5 years experience in customer service from various industries, such as Telecommunications (MTN NG). Banking (Union Bank of Nigeria Plc). And Sports, Gaming and Entertainment Industry ( SportyBet Nigeria). Currently working with Logistics company Sendbox as a Social Media Officer

Education

I have a Bachelors of Science Degree (BSc) in Computer Science, from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. Anambra State.
