• Carry out a spot check at the counter/safe once a week and review account activities on the same.
• Carry out monthly cash count at the counter and safe on the last day of every month and issue triplicate certificate which all parties will sign off on.
• Check Diesel level and Prepaid meter usage every day, record in the log book, and sign off.
• Check diesel supply at all times against invoice and also ensure the diesel supplied is within the standard density using the hydrometer.
• Identifying and proposing risk-prone areas of credit, operations, account, counter, HR, and Admin pass recommendations to the GH Internal Control & Audit.
• Ensure all loan files/applications are reviewed and signed off at all times before disbursement.
• Ensure all procurements are checked and satisfied okay viz-a-viz invoice/receipt.
• Ensure cash and inventory call overs are done daily and pass observation to GH Internal Control
• Send weekly exception reports to GH Internal Control & Audit by COB on Fridays.
• Carry out fixed asset verification/Audit quarterly
• Check and ensure that all statutory deductions and taxes are remitted as when due.
